Oil change intervals?

when oil change intervals are the issue. the best and fool proof way to follow is thru the owner's manual.
try going back to the manual for the recommended intervals.
as for mine, i usually do every 5,000kms (3,106mi) for the oil and filters. 10,000 for the fluids and fuel filters.
