2002 c230 kompressor trans fluid leak

Hello everyone I am new to the forum..I just bought a 2002 c230 kompressor and it has started with problems already I had to have the front lower control arms done and then they found an excessive trans leak from pan...they replaced the seal and replaced the fluid. Now three days later I noticed a leak under the car on the street So I took it back they kept it all day they supposedly checked level of transfluid and they said it was correct level..They cleaned underneath the car to be able to see the leak better..I drove it home and then I checked it hours later and there was the leak and it got bigger after I drove it...Anyone out there havn the sam issue with their kompressor coupe??? I HAVE ATTACHED PICTURES OF THE LEAK I JUST TOOK WITH CAMERA AND FLASH LIGHT.. If anyone can tell me what you think please help..the service manager at the dealership has been ok but you just never know if they even really changed the seal in the first place????

I'm having the same issue with my 94 c220 and I'm kinda used to it everytime I change the seal and drain my ATF. It gets better as you use it, maybe because the seal sits better after couple of times use or the rubber sets in the pan properly, anyhow mine goes away slowly. It looks scary at first seeing all the red oil on your garage but as I use it, it cured itself. I think that's the problem with OEM seals compared to the one in the dealership. I just had mine change about 2 weeks ago and 1st day after use there's a big poddle and now it's getting lesser. Just keep checking your ATF level to ensure you have the right amount of ATF.
