Car stalls on idle

Car stalls on idle
My car lately started dying randomly when coming on a stop or when slowing down. Took it to the shop and the only thing they can think of is the throttle actuator.
Is this the usual symptoms of a failing throttle actuator? MAF is new and so as the spark plugs and alternators. I have no problem starting the car back and it would right away. One more thing that puzles me is that it's not consistent, I'm driving fne then after I park and take it again right before I know it, it stalls me.
Any advice or recommendation before I start spending money. Thanks.

Just to update on you guys, took the car to a specialist with a computer and they scanned the car. Turns out, it's the OVP. They changed it and the car works great again. Hope it helps for other people who has similar issue.
