check engine light question
Hi guys
last night the check engine light lit up, the strange thing is that the engine is running fine, but the transmission sound terrible.
When i put it in a gear i hear this banging sound. I just bought my first apartment and cant afford to replace the transmission, Im ****ing dead
does anyone know what it could be?
my car is 97 sport c280

Well Peter, If it were me, which I'm glad it's not, I would take it to Autozone and let them do a free diagnostics run for you. It's probably not the transmission but something else causing the transmission to act up.
