thanks for the info now I would like to fix this problem myself i am hoping someone can give me a more detailed explanation on to fixing this problem and what specific cleaner I should use

 

I have a slight idle vibration in my car as well. I had my local Mercedes Benz dealer check it out, and it turned out cylinders 3 and 6 in my V-6 engine were not idling smoothly all the time. Every 10-20 seconds, the vibrations came for a few seconds. I was told that I needed my valves and cylinders cleaned, for about $150 U.S. dollars, but the Mercedes Benz mechanic gave no guarantee that this would solve the problem. So I decided to live with it, as it's not too bad now for a 3 year old car with 56,000 kilometers (or about 34,800 miles) on the odonmeter.
