Well to replace the head gasket...theres a need of an engine swap...right? I'm not quiet so sure how much he told me... Well how much should it be just to replace the head gasket? Will it stop the leak? Last time he replaced the timing cover...but it didn't stop the leak...

I've never heard of doing an engine swap because of a leaking head gasket. It's just the seal is cracked or aged overtime and just needs to be replaced, but its a pain in the @$$ job. They have to pull the front of the engine off (like rip apart the front end of it to get to the gasket) I know sometimes replacing the timing cover helps stop the leak, but usually not.
I had mine replaced and it cost me about $1200. The part is only about 200 bucks, but it takes about 11 hours to complete the job and that's where the $1200 comes into play. So your looking around to spend that much on this job.
My headgasket was replaced at about 115k miles and I have now 125k miles and perfect...no more leaking anywhere. Before replacing it, the plastic cover underneath the engine would have oil and some other parts near the bottom would be soaked in oil from over time from the small leak. But now everything is dry and well. So it does stop the leak, assuming you don't have any other spots leaking.
Does this help?

As far as I understand, the leak continued after change the gasket is mainly due to your inexperience mechanics, where they take down the head cover, before it is completely cool down.
As the head cover is made of some aluminium or mixed metal, the cover tend to bend if it is taken down while hot. By the time your mechanics replaced the gasket and fixed back the cover, your engine will never be like original anymore.
AND the perpectual leaking kick in !!!!

I don't think he had the headgasket replaced before...only the timing cover. The headgasket was still leaking even after the timing cover was replaced because they actually never replaced the headgasket. They attempted to replace the timing cover inhopes to stop the leaking but failed.
