keyless entry stopped working
The keyless entry on my 96 C280 just stopped working. Tried new batteries, the resync, and such. Key Fob is transmitting, because my learning remote learned the code. Anyone have any ideas.

Check the lense on the keyring, mine was cracked.

Does the spare still work?

I don't have a spare. The lens looks OK.

unplugged the battery and everything works now.

what do you mean by unplug the batteries? unplug the key fob battery or unplug the car's battery?
