W202 250 TD Sport

Hi Everyone,
I have a W202 250 TD Sport and have two things I'm need help with firstly I need to find the glowplus relays after extensive "its there " I still cannot find it as I think its on its way out! also I want to lower it I already have no1 pads all round but would like it to look (with mono blocks ) like this one http://www.btinternet.com/~alpesh/Cars/AMG/LowBack.JPG

Finally Found the glow plug relay it is under the washer bottle you have to remove that to get to it 
Just in case anyone is trying to find it as no where on the net i've found tells you it's there!
Still looking at the lowering issue
