Issues with 98 c280 need help
This is my first post on the forum. I mostly work on jeeps but this is my wife's car and I haven't done much with silver arrows. On her way back from school her engine light came on and threw 4 codes. P0460 fuel level sensor p0442 evap leak p0450 evap sensor switch and p01747 CAN signal from ETC.
My first though was to check the gas cap to make sure it is sealing. Cleared the codes and all 4 came right back. Being new to this family of cars I just need a point in the right direction. Thanks for any help.

You may want to check the return fuel hoses.
Take off the passenger side rear wheel and you will see the hoses. I replaced two of them after taking our the wheel well plastic cover. They tend to dry rot and are easy to replace. Make sure that you have gas/oil hose and not a heater hose. I got mine at Autozone. Use new clamps and you should be ok. Run the car and erase your codes. It worked for me. Good luck!!
