I would like to be the first one to congratulate you! Welcome to the Mercedes Benz family. I am sure that you see a major difference between the Beetle and the Benz. It sounds like you got a good deal, a VW Beetle for a C Class. The mileage seems pretty low for its year. Please post some interior pics.

hey, thankx. lol yes big difference in ride quality and prolly reliability. my beetle just came up with a CEL right before i traded it in. i was sooo mad with that car. it always had problems, from window switches to transmission. weird cars.

lets ee, my frist mod for the benz, prolly be a k&n and front grill. then the m3 spoiler and a cd-changer. then a sub.

did you swap those headrest for the Beetle? I have a 00 Beetle 1.8T GLX, but it has those hollow headrest instead of the solid headrest.

congrats on the C220 btw. One of my friends just recently got a 95 C220 in black in very clean condition. The seat looks like new.

hey, ha, i'm glad it's gone. but miss driving it.
i donno if they changed the tires but i see they fixed up the nicks and scratches. so he prolly did change the tires

yea i swapped out the headrest from a jetta with leather. i had the hollow ones and they were really uncomfortable cuz mine didn't tilt. i tihnk the 00 model ones tilt. but i just went for the jetta ones cuz i already had a deal goin.

i had a k&n inbox, front splitters and stuff

hey i still have the custom corner lights if u want them. they have a square cutout that my freind did and air goes straight to the intake pipe from there.

Congrats on you purchase fast mayte, I have a 95 C 280, I happen to think it was a good year for the W202, but then again, maybe I'm just biased! Anyway, I hope you're happy with your purchase. It must a be a world of difference to drive than your Bettle. Which one do you like better? LOL

 

hey congrats to you man. Here are some pics of my 95 c280 just in case you want some ideas. i love this car. The only problem i really have with it is that right now my temp gauge goes pretty high when i have the a/c on while driving in stop and go traffic .

hey lol, sweet. lookin good.
umm lets see, i liked the beetle's handling and the sub system that i terribly miss,
but i like the benz's engin much better. lol. beetle sorri *** 8v engine really suked. 0-60 in like over 11 seconds. eeeee. lol. and the round gay look was really irritating me.

overall i'm enjoying driving the benz and finally got more chick att!!!!!
