Where is my cd changer mount in my trunk?

hi i have a 1995 mercedes c280 and im thinking of getting a cd changer sometime soon. but i cannot find the friggin changer mount in the trunk... anyone know exactly where it is? i mean i looked near the battery area and everything i just cant find it.

I know exactly where it is. It's at your dealer. The changer bracket is installed at the time of the changer install.

best advice....get the Alpine s630 m-bus changer with the adaptor cable, and mount it using the supplied brackets (or go ahead and get the mount from the dealer...you will find it fits the Alpine unit perfectly)

I have the facory one (came with my 95 C280), basically the same dimensions (made by ALpine for M/B), but it doesn't play CD-RW, only CD-R, and more money....

hehe, the connector should be under the carpet down the storage compartment on the right side of the trunk....it's rectangular and black......

ok ive tried the search and havent found it im gonna try the rectangular black box thats hiding under like a metal bar thingy. i didnt think that was it but ill try.

i think i found it. it was hiding behind the panel in the trunk. it had like 10 pins or so but there were actually 9 in there. will that make the cd changer not work now?
