95 C280 only starts when the weather is warm
I am having a really strange problem with my 1995 Mercedes C280. It is only starting up when the weather is warm, as in above 60F.
Every morning for the last week, the car will turn over but not start. The last morning I checked the fuel pressure, it was 60, and did not loose pressure after several hours. I then checked my spark and had no spark.
Later on in the day, when the weather warmed up. I went out to the car and it starts asap, then runs perfect. After the motor is hot, I can turn it off and it restarts immediately. It only does this in the morning with the temp around 45f.
I have recently replaced the battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, and OVP about a year ago. I get ZERO codes when I scan for them. Strangest problem I have ever seen in a car.
If someone can please help, I would appreciate it. I have been using my son's car in the morning for work, then driving back home and grabbing mine for the remainder of the day.

oopsHow many miles on your c280? It might be your crank position sensor. My 96 c280 was having some of the simular issues, cold mine would start but once it warmed up it would be doa. Just replaced my cps and the old one had a ohm reading of 1.028, the new had a reading of 1.046 ohms. It now starts cold and hot. But with no spark that would be where I would start. Seeing the cps( crank position sensor) tells the computer, ie coils when to fire. Hope this helps.
