Convert your 202 into a 203....
I stumbled across this replicar website the other day. Some pretty serious body work going on here. They also have kits for the E Class, S Class, and SL.

I have seen a fair number of these products (VH tuning) and would never ever consider a conversion like that.
I have seen 124 --> 210, 202 --> 208 and 202 --> 203...as far as fitment of the (plastic - not even steel) parts go...NO...
