Hey all,
I'm friggin' sick and all I need is another hassel. I go to CVS to pick up some med and when i come back out, my CEL light is on when i start the car!?!
The headgasket was replaced last year...no oil leaks from what I can see. What can it be, or atleast the most common on the w202? I had a O2 sensor replaced a few months ago...that will be under warranty if it's the same one.

BTW, i have been having starting troubles once in a while. If i start the car and let go too early b4 it turns over, it takes forever for the car to start up. I usually have to add gas to get it to start...just a thought, maybe related?

just brought it to the stealership...they'll check it out, of course.
when i got home, i found a wet oil spot where my car was parked!!! I looked under the hood this morning b4 going and didn't see oil on the plastic cover...any ideas where this can be leaking from and causing what to malfunction in the emissions?
Probably not the MAF?

my SA tells me that the "throttle body actuator" or something of that sort is very dirty (hasn't been cleaned in about 10 years, since the car was bought) and that caused the CEL to go on...something dirty can cause that light to go on? I thought it was just if something failed to work?
