h&r or eibach?

I have a 95' MB C280 and am going to lower it. I was wondering which coil overs to buy, do you know which one is better, h&r or eibach? I was also wondering how much I should lower it, considering that I live in Connecticut and have to drive the car in the winter I was thinking either 1.25 in front and 1 in the rear, or 1 in the front and .75 in the rear. Which one do u think would be better?

yeah, i found them, they are #15 on the search if you do it in yahoo just as you said. that seems like a good deal, about $60 cheaper than most places online. I think i want the cup kit but i'm not sure if it will lower the car too much. does anyone have the cup kit in their benz with the biggest spacers(23mm)? does it rub?

yeah i know what you mean i'm only 16 and have already purchased a custom eisenmann cat-back exhaust, clear corner lenses, porterfield RS4 brake pads, yellow brake caliper paint, aftermarket cd changer, and 17x8 inch rims with Nitto 450 225/45/ZR17 tires, as well as an S600 style grill, and AMG badge for the trunk. So as you can see i know it's expensive, but if you save your money you can get a lot, like a just purchased all these modifications in a four month period! Lowering sport springs are next! Email me or respond if you have any questions

word, i'm 19 as well, stuff like body kits are far too expensive for what they are.... there are lots of good deals online. making friends with someone that has a body shop always helps too . does anyone know how much the car is lowered with h&r cup kits and the 23mm shims? from factory ride height i mean. thanks.

I ordered the eisenmann from bekkers and that inlcuded the rear muffler and piping, then I went to supersprint and replaced the front muffler with their performance resonator piping. I want to get an intake, does anyone have one on their car? If so let me know what type it is, how much it costs, and if you had to do any other modifications to your engine in order to make it fit, by the way my car is a C280 with the inline six.

Wink Eibach vs H&R

Eibach is not lowering your car much. So, depends on how you want the look, H&R will gives more lower ride. Intrax is not bad too. =)

Just my 2 cent thought
