wiring harness plug question

wiring harness plug question
I am trying to install a new harness in a 1996 c280, The previous owner removed the old one. I cannot find where one of the round push connector's goes in the rear of the engine, It comes out of the harness near the back of the engine but I have no idea where it goes. Any help would be gretly appreciated.

maybe thos diagram will help me find a solution too my dilema, The original harness had a wire coming out harness near the main plug location running down above the starter , I cannnot find the end from under the car. The new harness has the same part number but this wire is missing , It has an additional plug number 285 in the attached sketch. Everything else is connected correctly and the car will not start.

Found it today, It was the plug for the crankshaft sensor, That is why the car would not start. Learning about these cars everyday.
