idle/WOT problems

idle/WOT problems
i have a 2000 w202 sport.
Issues im having is rough idle, everything vibrates gets worse when put into reverse or drive. Im also having problems when im WOT the car seems to cut and no go past 4k rpm, doesnt shift or anything just sits there.
This video shows the idle issue and the WOT issue, now right when i turn the wheel straight im WOT and you can see it sits at about 3400 rpm then the car shifts down or something and it jumps up to 4k rpm and sits there, then i let off the gas alittle and it drives fine.
There are no codes coming up so im confused, any suggestions? The car was sitting for a year when i bought it, i replaced the fuel filter, gas, air filter, cleaned the MAF, replaced spark plugs, and one of the coil packs (that fixed the car tremendously, it was barely drivable before) the injectors seem to be spraying fine.
oh and does anyone know why my driver side window will automatically roll down when i turn the car back on and not go back up? and why the sunroof will tilt but wont slide back or close after tilting?
and if im low on freon with the compressor clutch not engage?
