Wrong AT fluid used 1999 C280 Sport
Hello Everyone, I just recently joined the world of proud MB owners and purchased a 1999 C280 sport 
I noticed yesterday that it seems to be leaking pretty consistently from the transmission pan...I checked with the former owner and he said he had the AT fluid, filter and gasket taken care of not too long ago. Now, he wasn't sure if they had used MB fluid for the job which makes me want to assume they didn't (price is higher so i think he would remember) At this point i don't know what to do 
I'm not sure why it would still be leaking if he had the maintenance done on it. And also, if he used the wrong fluid, what steps should I take to avoid ruining the transmission? Should I have the job done again? is there something else I can consider? PLEASE HELP! it will be greatly appreciated
