Eibach is the best IMO. They are made in Germany and make both lowering springs and anti-roll bars for the W202 C Class. There is also H&R, but I'm not sure if they make an anti-roll/sway bar.
One other note. If you are going to replace the springs on your suspension with lowering springs also replace the shocks with something like Bilstein Sport or Koni adjustable.

1995 C280 & 2002 CLK320 Cabrio
How much is an anti-roll bar for the C280? What about install? What kind of improvements would one expect with a stock suspension? Less body roll? Thanks.
