Two Small Problems
Im experiencing two small problems. One my horn isnt working. Ichecked fuse number 5 and its fine. Ill replace it just to be safe. Also, the center air vents only spray air about 20% of the time, but the other 80% it doesnt work at all. When it isnt working, it blows a stream of cold air. I need to figure out whats going on! Thanks

If horn fuse is fine, did you check horn relay, it may damaged..!?!,
about A/C vent, maybe climate control switch went bad, do you have another one to try it..??

Always test fuses with ohm/continuity tester as well as visual.
Apply 12V to the horns directly (lo and hi tone) to rule out their failure too.
