Front camber adjustment

Front camber adjustment
I found my car has -1.5 Left and -2.2 Right on front camber Toe =-0.18, Rear right = -.5, right -1.3, Toe = -0.18
The question is , front tire is wear so fast. I bought the bolt kit (part #210 330 00 18) according to http://www.continentalimports.com/ser_ic4232.html
They said it can help camber adjustment but after I installed, it can't help any front camber adjustment at all.
My tire technician told that the way to solve is to shuffle the tire , because the W202 can't set front camber adjustment. and this bolt can help a little bit but not much. is it true?
Next question, does its ok that rear camber is not equal? but my technician told me its ok because it need to unequal because he want the toe to be correct.
Now, my car has good feeling, good streeing but I concern about Front tire wear only.
Any suggestion?
