fuel guage problem c180 -96
Hi!
My fuel gauge is living its own life.
If you fuel up max it will show max but it goes down to empty and up to full agian when driving. When its under half tank its allways on empty..
Its been this way since i bought it and its getting kinda annoying...
What can be the problem?

Yes that's them. Easy to change they come out from the bottom. Remove the Alan cap screw. Screw in a hollow bolt with a pipe on it to drain the tank. Then a special tool is needed to remove the large diameter locking ring. (Can be a home made tool) then replace the unit taking them out carefully
