I need help on steps to change the serpentine belt, tensioner, and the "automatic shock?" on 1994 C280.

i've been trying to find out how to do this (belt tensioner) for about 6 months now....looked for tech manuals and looked for help on countless boards but to no avail.

btw, you will get a lot of that "you can do it yourself, its an easy DIY" but of course, the people saying that are usually mechanics. if you even overtorque one bolt just 1 ft/lb over the spec, you might cause permanent damage. i recommend taking it to a shop. im just waiting for my next service to take care of this all together.
