Are you experiencing any long shifting? I have replaced the tranmission speed conductor plate in both of my W202 when it would long shift and sometimes not even shift to 3rd or 4th. Its worth a shot. I didnt do it myself. I had the local indie shop do it.

No the 4 gears shift early when it low RPM
it works normally but the problem that at speed of 100km the RPM gets to 3000 without shifting the fifth gear and if u increase the speed the rpm increases

Yeah I would consider having the transmission speed conductor plate replaced. I cant be certain that this is the exact problem but it was very common for transmission fluid to soak into the wiring harness on the speed conductor plate and cause it to malfunction. It is a relatively inexpensive fix.
