What are the differences between gearboxes, for example 722.6020 and 722.60605? W

Hi, I have a 722.6020 gearbox in my C230, W202, 1998 . The gearbox has failed, destroying bearings and clutches etc. Will the 722.60605 fit without problems?

I have a 722.60605 that I can collect at a breakers yard. At a fraction of the cost to repair the original. However, will it work?
