Heya,

So my 96 C200 fuel gage is working BUT it is registering as 1/2 tank as the empty mark. Turn car off goes to half tank, turn car on and will go to almost full which would be correct as i would have around 1/2 tank.

My Question is how do I get it to calibrate from empty again ? We tried pushing needle down manually and then turning car back on but it automatically goes back to how it was or just stays at empty and wont move..

any suggestions???
