Hopefully someone can help out, I know that there are a lot questions about these rims but I wasn't able to find an answer to my issue.
A few years ago i bought a W202 with 17" aero 3 piece rims. looked great but i ended up getting a W204 and they don't fit so im selling the rims. An interested buyer asked for the size markings on the back this is where the trouble starts. They all show 8.5jx17h2e18. I know for 2 of them this may be the case because i measured them and they are indeed 8.5x17 and i measure et17. The other 2 are noticeably wide, i measured 10x17 et12(maybe 11). i guess my question is did this rims come in those sizes and why would the markings show different to actual sizes? i did read that people would over torque and crack the centers. Any help would be appreciated!
