This has to do with your AC. You need to run an AC diagnostics.
Erase the error code and see if it returns the next time you run the diagnostics.
As for your difficult starting issues, scan again to see what saved codes show up.
btw, this B1421 has nothing to do with your starting issues.

Scan and erase the saved codes. Drive around and see if it comes up again.
P0450 - could be your gas cap not sealing correctly (due to age).
Pick up an OEM part (no generic caps) to replace it.
Radio code? call your local stealership with either your vin# (if it's the origianl oem radio) or provide them with the serial # of the oem radio (need to remove it to read the #)

thanks for your good advice the car is up and running
it does not have quick start. check engine light went off, comes back after a strange noise coming from the fuel pump please help .
