Ok, got everything wired and hooked up. I must say I am please with it, but I do I have one issue. The power antenna interferes with my ability to play CD's on my aftermarket deck. If the antenna is down, the CD player function of my Sony deck will not work (no audio). If I wire it (the antenna 12V wire) to the 12V constant (red wire), it stays up all the time (even when the car is off), and the CD player will put out audio. Is there any way for me to get it to where the antenna will go down when I turn the car off or the deck off? If I absolutely HAVE to leave it this way, is there any chance of electrical system damage or battery drain? This is truly a strange issue.

Ok I fixed it, mods you can delete if you wish.

prolly connected it to the power on the radio.

Actually, the remote-on wire (blue/white I believe) fixed the problem. I wired the antenna wire from the VW/Audi harness to it and it works properly, i.e. it goes down when the car is off and stays up while the radio is turned on.
