Corner lamp pain..

Corner lamp pain..
I just got my new corner lamps.. and of course theres a problem.. The male connection that came with the corner lamps only has 2 prongs ( black)and one plastic prong, but the female connection from the vehicle is 3 pronged plus a plastic. Original is yellow plug. What's up with that???

You don't have it figured out. Twist the bulb holder out of the original corner lamps, and then twist it into the new lamps.

HELP!! I am Pi..ed... I got the correct bulb holder from the stealership.. I plugged it in and tested the turn signal and BOTH SIGNALS WENT ON!!! WTF... the left has the orginal bulb holder and works fine.. the right had the new and both turn on..I even switched them and got the same affect... WHAT NOW ??? this crazy!

Thus far in all my posts to this forum, I have been nothing but thankful and courteous.. If I am going to receive derision from a member then they should expect to receive it back. If some individuals are to infantile to take a little ribbing, then they shouldn't start up. Instead of offering inanity try offering assistance, after all we are here because we all are MB enthusiasts..
It is a shame Scorchie apparently had nothing to offer but sarcasm since the beginning of this post. From his other posts I saw actual MB knowledge and good advice ..
