Help needed, please ! Car returns from dealer Werkstatt on 12-hour time and Fahrenhei
My U.S.-spec 1997 C280 has always been on 24-hour time and displayed temperatures in Celsius.
After several weeks away (during which time I had a lovely 2022 GLC loaner, although SUVs are not my cuppa tea), it came back with 12-hour time and Fahrenheit.
It was this very dealer who set the car on 24-hour time and Celsius and the same service manager (who has always handled my cars instead of a service writer), but, while he's tried all the tricks he can remember, cannot get it back to the way it was.
Perhaps someone here recalls how the dealer could code this. It's not something one can accomplish by pressing buttons in the car as far as I know.
