Automatic transmission won't downshift
Hi everybody,
I got my car back on the road after a 2 months rest. I took the battery out for a couple of days.
When I try to manually downshift from D to 4, the shifter will not go left anymore.
It feels like a locking system is preventing it to downshift. It works fine from P to R to N and to D.
Is there a locking system? I got the windows and radio to work correctly but the tranny problem is still a mystery.
Any ideas.
