C 320 exhaust tip question?

Has anyone done anthing with the 2 dinky tailpipes on the luxury C320 models? They look awfull! I would like to cut them off and install something a little larger or something that slips over them.

Not a 320, but my 230 came with the same dinky exhaust tips and I cut the bent part of the tips off and welded on the oval tip that comes on the new sport sedans.

If I could just by larger chrome tips that slip over them that would be easiest. I hate to start cutting, but that is a possibility.

Citron: I sure has hell hope you're not talking about those tips that are sold on ebay. Those might just be the ugliest alternative possible...even worse than the stock bent tip look. Trust me, I bought them thinking it would be a good alternative but ended up removing them in less than a month cuz I couldn't stand the way it looked from the side view.

Sounds like Blake P has a set of tips he doesn't need that you can negotiate for. These are the replacement tips sold at the MB dealer, and apparently on e-bay. Me, I don't judge a car by it's exhaust tips...

Dude, just get one of these...

Seriously,
Find someone that upgraded their exhaust and buy their stock exhause... you get what you want, and could even get your fingers on an AMG one if you are very lucky

Does anyone have pictures of their car with the aftermarket chrome exhaust tips installed? I am thinking of getting some and want to know what they will look like before I purchase them. The tips that I am referring to are the ones that Blake P sold. They look like the kind that one can purchase through performance products.
