Evosport is proud to announce development and production of our own W203 C-Class Shorty Headers. Fitments include C240, C320 and C32 AMG V6 models.

Like all of our shorty headers, the installation of these is a direct bolt-in and does not impact the function or placement of the cats. They are also coated with our NASA-Spec True Ceramic Barrier coating (which will show up to a 120 degree drop in radiated temp from the header)


Headers feature:

1. Single piece 3/8’’ flange design for leak free installation.
2. Billet Steel CNC one piece collector flange.
3. 1 5/8’’ primary pipes.
4. Aluminized steel construction with 2000F HiTemp Coating.
5. 10-15HP gains on C240s and C320s.
6. 20-25HP gains on C32 AMG.

I think Kleeman offers a header for '05+ 1.8L C230's for about the same price.

 

im assuming compatibility with the clk320? if so what about warranty does this comply with mercedes "rules" or will it totally void out any warranty? (also what do you think the power gain would be?)

 

If you mean M271 header - than we will be looking at making one as soon as we get our 05' C230. Which should by any day now.

What do you charge for installation?

 

Vadim, Brad had mentioned a poor collector design on the SS M111 header. If that's the case and you could provde a system producing more HP I would certainly buy it. I have the SS header I bought from Evosport and I am shipping it out to get coated. Could you design a header that would produce more HP?
