FSS mileage range

FSS mileage range
Ever since I bought my car my FSS interval has been 13,000 miles despite what conditions I drove. According to the manual FSS takes into account type of driving conditions and driving styles and changes the FSS interval to reflect this. I was wondering if this really is the case. So basically has anyone gotten much lower than this 13k interval or much higher? And if so what was the driving style?
I typically commute 25 miles on the highway one way, probably around 60-65 mph and don't consider my driving style too aggressive (though my wife does
).

ive had 2 Service A's and one Service B. avg for me was between 10,000 and 11,000 for all three.
i have a manual, i dont drive hard. occasionally ill exceed 5000RPM. i do alot of freeway driving living in so cal.
