can't really agree with you on performance since i find the C230 pretty sluggish. this car handles better than it performs IMO.

well compared to a 330, i think the 330 might be faster but they cost $10k more!

yeah, the car could stand to be a little bit quicker... but when all the dust settled, there was a reason why I went w/the kompressor instead of the 320

very true. the 330 is in a completely different league power wise, however the sticker on my 330 was only $4,500 more than my C230k. but the 330 can get pretty pricey if you add everything into it. i only added sport package, cold weather package, bi-xenons and sunroof. 330 sedan is alittle less expensive. maybe by $1k or so. they have gone up alittle since 02' however. i just priced out my same exact car on bmw's site and it's alittle over $40k making it about $5k more than my C230k sport sedan. looks like sunroof was made standard.

i agree. even the 320 didn't perform as well as the 330 and i figured i'd just do some minor engine upgrades to get the C230k abit closer to the 320 for a fraction of the cost. this car is really just for work and traveling and i didn't care much about how quick it isn't, just wanted a car with good fuel economy and pleasurable to drive.

not sure what kind of engine mods you have, but stock for stock the 330 takes the 320.

EVO's i've never come across but wouldn't mess with one anyway. lately i've been getting a few Neon SRT-4's that try and run me but i know better. one of them i guessing was worked b/c the BOV was LOUD! even w/ my windows closed i could hear that thing.

An SRT-4 would kick your ***, and the 330's in a race.
