Wuddup! Still wanna see them in person. They look dope from the pic I saw on Ling's website.

I'll give Sander a call to check on all the downtime needed, so I can set up another car rental. 2 weeks is a long time though, so not sure I can afford to have that much downtime on my daily driver (unless I find a very inexpensive rental place).

Oh, that's right! Either way, still more expensive than the setup I'm going with.

Yup, they definitely will be worth it. I think my car is fast enough now that it could use a little extra stopping power (but by no means a C350, C32 or C55...LOL). As for clearance, that's gonna be zero problem. When I bought my rims, I spoke with the shop about BBK upgrade from the stock setup (which already had the 4 piston calipers). My rim setup was made specifically so that there was room for bigger calipers in the near future. That's why, even with the 19X10 in the rear, I only have like a little bigger than a 2 inch lip and the front lip is pretty non-existent.

Forgot to mention that the fogs are Ion Yellow (not PIAA though - bulbs were too expensive), so if you were thinking they looked yellow, you're not seeing things.

the brabus is 6/4, but at $4400 it's still a lot more than what drex's gonna do which will do the same thing for much less.

Didn't take any pics with just the single foglights, but I'll do that tomorrow night. Just drained now. Oh and I must give some thanks to bensitto because asking him how he did his foglights gave me the idea. Only problem was that he used LED's and now, both my foglights are H7. We had no clue that the stock benz wiring for the sidemarkers were set to only provide a certain amount of amps to the 194 sockets and not be able to power the foglights.

For those that would like to see pics of the PIAA wire harness, I can take some pics tomorrow. Just post on here, if you'd like to see where we routed and such.
sick!!!!! definitely badass...wish i could see it in person right now...

Drexappeal,

Props for being the only one with the unique kit.

Since we're on the topic of brakes, I just wanted to let you guys know I have a brand new CLK55/SLK55 BBK for sale. This is for the 6/4 front and rear. Front rotors are two piece floating rotors. PM me if interested. I posted this in the Classifieds already; I just wanted to let you peeps know. They will fit any W203 now. Already been machined to fit the W203. Reason for sale is I'm going back to the old Brabus BBK.

I heard those E63 brakes were a real *itch to mod and install. Basically the same thing as the E55 brakes install-wise on a W203. Except the E63 brakes are 6 pot instead of 8 pot.

OMG, I was so pissed when I woke up and heard the weathercast saying that it's raining or going to rain majority of the day. So I went outside, right away and started wiping the car down. That was the last thing I needed while the paint is curing.
