Has anyones dealership ever scratched their car?

Has anyones dealership ever scratched their car?
If so, did they fix it without giving you hassle? They have put a few long scrathces in my clear coat and one thats deep enough to see the white undercoat underneath.

Yes, my dealer has damaged my car and paid for it. They always do a walk around similar to that when you get a rental car. They mark down any damage to the vehicle before it goes into service and any marks found when you get it back can be claimed against them.

09' BMW M3 E90
After my first Service A I noticed that my dealer scratched my front left bumper abot 2" long. My car was sitting outside at the service bay when i noticed the scratch. The @$$ho!es at the service told me that the scratch was there and they wouldn't take any responsibility for it. After an heated argument with the service guy the manager come and agreed to get fixed.

chipped the corner of the drivers door during the first 1k~3k checkup... when I brought it to their attention, they had it professionaly painted and hooked me up with repairing a rock chip I had on the hood for free.

A scratch. A few years back I put my Rover 75 for an MOT. Got a phone call my car had been written off. They tested the brakes on the rollers. Then came the emissions test. The car came off the rollers like a rampant bull and straight into the granite wall in front. They forgot to put the car in (automatic) Park.

Not able to speak directly to any specific incident, I am generally a skeptic and pro-dealership.
Curbed wheels? ....dealer did it.
Scratched bumper? ...dealer did it.
Stain on the seat? ...dealer did it.
Anything can happen, but it doesn't seem to happen in every case.
