You guys got a nice ride...
I was at the dealership today for service and MB/Enterprise hooked me up with a C230 Kompressor with what looked like an AMG sport kit...very nice! I was impressed with the sporty look of the exterior and the interior was an upgrade to the W202 my sister had back in the day.
It scoots, too. Plus your cupholder mechanism actually works.
The C55 must be a monster.

If I could afford that ride, no question that's what I'd be rollin' in.

Nice to see MB of Tampa is giving out better loaners. Can't forget the time though the dealership "misplaced" my keys which caused me to have a high-class Jeep Liberty for another day..
I too like the new C230 as a nice overall car for the price..but found, IMO the E55 while fast as heck...too controlled in way. That feeling that goes along with speed just wasn't there for me when I drove one.

PS. The E55 is probably the only car I've every had that I would contemplate keeping after the warranty is up...then I would Kleemanize or EvoSport the heck out of it.

I would have gotten an M5 or M3 (old body style please) if I wanted to really get a sporty sedan...Instead I chose a 4 door rocket sled to transport my golf buddies in comfort, style, and speed.

Well from looking at your sig. you had a M3..Now, for me, too rough for a "luxury" speed machine...(I'll be the first to admit I'm quite picky )
Maybe it is the four-doors/size that throws me off in the E55...either way, when tee-time is of the essence for you and your buddies I approve in your choice of vehicle. :p

However, I must say I would probably get the C class over the new 3 series bodystyle.
