I like it, too... Those 2pc Vs are to me... like a washing machine in a spin cycle to women

They are very nice.

But one thing you have to keep in mind....when you sell your car in the future, you will probably lose 50-70% of what you paid for now. If money is no object, then go for it!

The Brabus body kits for the W203 are nothing spectacular, I personally would not spend my money on one. If I were to buy a body kit for a W203, it would most definetly be a Lorinser body kit. You should look into those.

I like it, but I dont really like the Lorinser stuff. They got way too much of that mesh crap. Go for the the Brabus, it looks tight without being rediculous.

I totally agree. The Lorinser DTM kit is where its at. Its a little more expensive, but has the upgraded exhaust and foglamps. Also, it is a much more distictive look. I'm saving up for it, but I might get an entertainment setup first.

I already emailed the guy and found out that it is a knockoff Carlsson kit and not the real thing. I figured something fishy was up when I saw the price at less than $500. You gotta go genuine all the way with a Benz, no bs knockoff peices. A real Carlsson kit will run you way more than that, especially after painting and installation.

I don't like it. It makes it look to wild and crazy. I prefer to retain the style of a Mercedes. I also don't want to reduce my resale value either. Don't do it.

putting a body kit on will not reduce your resale. When you want to get rid of your car, simply ebay the body kit and then replace your stock bumpers. Why on earth would that reduce your resale?

I didn't know the body kit can be removed that easily. I always thought it was a mod that cannot be reversed to stock.

The Lorinser is alright, not really feeling the little triangles they put on the side corners. The best kit i've seen for the C is the DTM Expressions kit with the Dual-Sided exhaust rear valence. They have it at Performance Products. Brabus is good, but i'm kinda into the quad-tipped dual-sided exhaust look. It you want something more subtle, then go Brabus, if you want noticeable difference (which is probably why you are changing from stock) check out the Expressions kit.

Add-ons don't generally reduce resale. However, you cannot recoup the costs of upgrades if you trade it in. You are better off trying to scam a private buyer.

Brabus, to answer your questions

I don't think you will date your car by putting on the Brabus kit. I did not see the back but if it conforms to the front it should be fine. It is not too flashy or radical. Just make sure the installation is done correctly.

I hope you keep the car a long time because you will not get your money back on resale unless you sell it to someone who appreciates the mod -- probably someone on this board.

man oh man thanks a whole lot bonn that is one niceee *** car.. and its silver too =) iv been looking for pics of the brabus car other then the ones on the brabus website and this shall do just fine =) are those 18" wheels? if so what kinda suspention do you have on it cuz i have the 18" brabus V too but i have eibach springs and the front still has a good size gap which makes my rims look very small. i was thinking about changing to the 1" pad to make it a little lower. and also how low is your front bumper from the ground cuz i dont want it too low cuz i dont want to have difficulty driving over dips and drive ways. thanks a lot nice nice nice car.
