Which Brand Rims?

Which Brand rims would you guys rather go with IForged....or....Avus....? Which one do you think has the best quality rim...
The Iforged would cost around $3,000
And Avus will cost around $5,000+
And im thinking of going black rim with chrome lip....or whould Silver rim with chrome

There is a lot of info regarding I Forged rims on this forum; both pro and con. In addition pics speak louder than words.

Neither. Get HRE. Better quality and design.

But it depends on your budget too.

yeah thats what i thought but then this guy from this local MB tuning shop showed me the two rims (HRE and Avus) and showed me how the Avus rim was made with better quality and would last and look better then the HRE over time but i dont know that just might be his opinion

IMO, HRE makes one of the best quality forged wheels in the market. I am not too much into the Avus chrome bling bling style. Having said that, wheels selection is a personal preference. What I think will look good doesnt mean you will like it. If you need any help or advise, you are more than welcome to shoot me an e-mail.

I just have to say that spending that much $$$$ on wheels on a $30K car seems crazy to me
But I guess we all do have different priorities.

845R:
19x8.5: 1346.40$
19x9.5: 1416$
19x10: 1452$

54xR:
19x8.5: 1121.60$
19x9.5: 1180$
19x10: 1210.40$

Those are the maximum prices per rim you should pay in those sizes. I still have to wait for a quote from my vendors to see who gives the best price, but that's the max you should pay.

Getting them painted black might got a $100 or so more per rim.

I like Ronals, Used to have some old school R9s black w/polished lip, nice and light, 20 yrs ahead of thier time-when cars had bras and women didn't. They do a lot of OE.

Ricky: Black is one of the standard painted colors? Unless you want special black like Obsidian Black or Diamond Black. It should be free if you want to paint the wheels in regular black.

Oops, nevermind then. It's included in the price.

I was thinking of something else, another customer a week ago wanted to color match his car and he went to one of my vendors shop and they color matched it to his car (Obsidian) so that's why I still had that on my mind.

Thanks Harris!
