well actually no goof ***** the 06 cars will be out well before 06 but feel free to get yours in 2006. They will be here this summer so its not far off. September or so is a safe bet. i hear it could be much sooner as well.

You guys are too rough on him. He just had a simple question. If you dont want to give a fair answer just skip this thread. The only dumb questions are the ones that are never asked. And about search, Maybe the guy is new here and didnt discover it yet. You guys really need to relax a little bit.

Will the C be redesign from the ground up? or just the same as the 2005's? Is there any page that you guys can direct me to that has some information on what kind of features the new new C-class will have?

I don't know if all the above was referring to me, but i didn't use the search function. Thanks for the link. Next time I'll ask permission to post on your ultra elite mercedes benz forum. Do I need a secret decoder ring? or maybe a handshake?

Ok, I'll be upset about not getting the ring. But will all fairness, I'm not some repeat offender that some of you think I am. I'm the owner of a 04 E, and have an 06 ML on order to replace my 04 V8 Touareg. Just had some questions about when the completley redesigned C class will be out. Searching through the forums gave me no answers, it looks for the word class seperate to the title c-class so more than half the threads that it came up with had nothing to do with the c-class.
so, back to my original question. Is the complete redesign in 2006, or 2007?
Simple to answer, just type in "its in 2006" or "its in 2007"

It's in 2007, but you may see it summer of next year. The 2006 is a re-engining, though exactly what is coming to the US (apart from the 3.5L) is a little bit of a speculation. Some features that are available on the base 2005 may not be available on the base 2006 in order to maintain price with the weak dollar and therefore you may in reality end up having to pay more. Understand that this is all opinion and speculation, based upon what I have read in the press and on various forums and therefore I wouldn't base any buying decisions based upon it.
Apologies if I was a little rude in an earlier post, but sometimes we seem to go through a spate of people asking the same question over and over again and therefore when you do a search you have to filter through all the repeated posts and garbage to find the nuggets that are out there.

2006 c class
my previous posts were never answered,so i continued asking about the c class. you were giving the same short insulting remarks,but never answered my question.maybe this is anew breed of mecedes car owners,and thats why the c class will never get respect.I own a 2005 bmw 730 i and want the latest c class for mydaughter.i will stick w/bmw

BTW
The 730 is not a US/CA model. It would be better if you asked the new model question on a forum in your home country instead of a predominantly US forum. Vehicles are released at different times in different countries. This also applies to the models and options.
