I read that the 06' C230 will have a more limited color selection than the o5'. They plan on dicontinuing the desert silver and midnight blue. I just got an 05' C230ss in midnight blue and am sad to see it go for next year. Would you think this is beneficial or not for resale value? I am not planning on selling the car anytime soon of course, just curious.

Also, I've yet to see some of the other colors they offer in person. I know silver, black, white, and red are the most popular. Anyone have a pic of a green C230 or another color you dont see everyday. I like the silver and black the best but had to settle for the blue. May be a bias comment but now that I have it, I really think it looks good. Just had the windows tinted and am quite happy. Will try to post pics asap.

I am happy I got the 05'. Read the 06' is replacing the 4cylinder with a 6. Also supposed to be slower if I'm not mistaken? Those are pretty much the only things I know about the 06'. Body is supposed to remain the same.

That will suck for future years! Midnight blue is my #1 color, but it also makes our cars unique, so there's always a brighter way to look at it.

When we were shopping, my wife thought Desert Silver might look nice......did not see one in 4 dealerships. Finally spotted it on a E350 at Calabasas. Not too popular of a color...me thinks.
