OK..so I bought a 1 day subscription on Startekinfo.com. I downloaded the Whip and Java programs to my computer. I was able to only get wiring diagrams and no installation or maintenance articles. Even when pluggine in a known document number, I kept getting a "document not found" error. This is turning into a big waste of my time.What do you have to do to get the maintenance documents to view/print?

Please help.

Just pay a hundred bucks and get the WIS program with activation code. That site is only there to make money.
