In need of some help
As many of you know I was involved in a collision back in late Jan with my coupe. They other parties insurance company is trying to give me $1800 for loss of value to my car due to the accident. Keep in mind that there was $12,947.86 damage done to the car. Does anyone have a way to figure how much the accident caused me to loose on the value of my car. It wasnt even a year old yet. If anyone can help i can provide you with written documents validating the repairs. Thanks
PS I tried the dealer and I cant get a return call. Looks like i will have to go to the sales manager.

My dealer called back and said they would give me an ACV apprasial for the car as it is now. They will put it in writting but they will not give me a loss in value. So i guess i will use that apprasial in conjuction with the KBB or edmunds value that it gives me to work with. As far as the other insurance companies go, if you dont have insurance with them they dont care.

the other parties is. I was hit by someone else. I have a great personal Injury claim. The guy was driving a commercial truck that was out of inspection, overloaded, and the driver had a suspended license. So they will pay for everything but I have a herniated disk in my back that we are working on now, hopefully i will not have to have surgery.
