I got mine from a MBWorld forum member who is in Germany.
He got it straight from the dealer. Sold it to me for $50 still in the sealed bag.
However, you can get one at any MB dealer now, just ask for the C32 AMG shift knob.
Here's another pic, installed on my car....
They might ask you for a VIN# for an actual C32 AMG, and that's something handy to have if you can get one.
I used one once when looking for AMG suspension parts, by walking around the dealer's StarMark pre-owned section, and finding a C32 AMG on the lot. I opened up the driver's door, and copied down the VIN #. I took it to the parts counter, and they looked up the exact parts I needed. Pretty easy.
