Your best bet for a noticible performance improvement is a Kleemann S/C kit and Evosport has them on sale on their website. You'll get 331HP and 302 Lb-Ft. Torque. Also Brabus has a nice 3.8L upgrade that's 300HP or the Renntech 3.8L upgrade, also at 300HP and 306 ft-lbs torque. Best bang for buck is probably Kleemann. You may check AMG, they sell a S/C kit also and an MB dealer should be able to install it.

If you just want a small improvement Wetteraur, Upsolute, Renntech offer chips. Pipercross makes a cool looking intake but from I hear on the forum it's just for looks and very expensive. I haven't seen any complete exhaust, mostly mufflers and Remus seems to be a favorite among some forum members. AMG also has a nice muffler. My guess is that if you do an intake, muffler and chip you may make an additional 10HP. You can do a generic dry NO2 system but you could blow up your motor.

Do you void the warrantee? If you get towed in with your mods still on, chances are you are on your own! Use your own judgement and sense of ethics. The Renntech and Brabus kits have decent warranttees that would cover what MB doesn't. Personally I would not risk the warrantte for a few ponies because you probably won't really feel it, not enough to worry about it. Go big!

If you went to the evosport website, you would see that your car would increase to 260 hp. The other version is for the C320 so it doesn't apply to you. Evosport is having a sale and you can get it for $8,400 U.S. plus installation.

tomz_racing, please check out the Wheels, Tires, Suspension, and Brakes Forum

Also, try a search using "coilover" as you search parameter. There should be many threads dicussing coilovers.

Welcome to the board.

K & W makes a coilover - someone here has it; do a search for it. If memory serves, he really liked it.

I think Renntech has the most upgrades for your car.
