Lining Under The Hood
There is a sheet of aesbestos lining underneath the hood of the car. On mine, there's a freaking hole that is about a few cm thick and it appears to be boring itself to the hood.
The cause of this hole is the screw that tightens the metal bracket between the pipes located just underneath and to the left of the silver MB logo on the engine.
The person or machine who put the screw on placed the damn thing on an angle that makes it rub against the hood therefore boring a hole into the lining.
I'm bringing my car next week. You think those idiots will replace the entire lining or simply cut a square piece out and patch up the hole?
