Hey all,

Really diggin the C230 (other options--cars I'm looking at--BMW Compact, GTI VW) any type of coupe/hatch. Composer and could really use the room for a few cabinets (guitar) when need be.

Anyway, was wondering if there are any pictures of the Citron green anywhere. If so, can you please post a link.

My other favorite color is Black - I read though with swirls, that makes me nervous and wondering if they (swirls) can be removed if need be.

Hey Frankii, I don't have any pics but I saw one in person at Comdex (an annual computer expo in Vegas) a couple weeks ago.

This year, because of high security, they didn't allow any cameras into the exhibit halls.

But I can tell you it is an incredible color. Very unique and not at all ugly.

The only thing I can remotely compare it to is the green I have seen on some new beatles. But it is much more mettalic and 'morphing' with differing lite.

Get it so we can see some pictures

I know pictures sometimes don't tell the whole story either.

Found a few small pix at mb.uk website, but very small (green).

Frankii, if you have a little time, go to the "old" forum area (link is on main forum area). There was a guy from Europe who had posted a couple of pictures of his. There was actually one with the c7 package at my dealer yesterday, but it's in NJ, so that doesn't help you.

Go to www.mbusa.com and do Build your Own, select Citron Green as a color and enlarge the image, which are all built-in options there. That should give you a pretty good idea how the car would look like. In other words, I do not see why the picture of a real, actual car would be any better.

i really like the citron green! i wish it wasn't an extra $1000 'cause that's what i would have ordered.

ah, well, orion cough*japisblau*cough is good too!

 

I had Citron an the order form untill the sales rep said it would be a thousand for a special order. Why the hell it is so special in the US, and not the rest of the world I would like MBUSA to explain.
