Whats Wrong?

I took my car to the dealer for my 30,000 service A. I also asked my tech to set the alarm to the chirp/beep mode(Nederlands) setting. Now this morning, my car is completely dead. My car will be 3 years old in January 2006. Is it time for a new battery or did they mess up when they changed the settings? thank you for any help.

Road side assistance said it must be the battery and is on the way to switch it out. Do you guys usually tip them?

Define "completely dead". Does it not do anything when u try to turn it on, does it make any kind of noise? Would be weird if it's the battery if the car just got back from service...

Yep, It was the battery. The service road guy came out and switched it out, now its good to go. Thank god, I was like, now what? I ended up washing and waxing it as well. My first time using Zaino products, turned out really nice.
